TAKE NOTE.- After checking the alignment and before proceeding to start up the set fit the
protections of the moving parts to guarantee the safety requisites.
DO NOT START UP WITHOUT THE PROTECTION GUARDS BEING PROPERLY FITTED.
TAKE NOTE.- Verify whether the motor rotating direction is correct or not prior to coupling it.
If any sudden crawling in the gear drive takes place accidentally (a failure in the counter-turning dog, seized
motor clutch etc. ), it shall be convenient, once the abnormality has been mad good, to start it in order to
see whether it is correctly running or not. If the gears are found to be damaged, the results are more or less
strong noises and shakings in which a revision and/or repair shall be absolutely necessary.
OUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS AT YOUR ENTIRE DISPOSAL TO OVERCOME ANY ANOMALIES AT ALL
TIMES.
11.- DISMANTLING
The dismantling procedure is initiated by closing the regulation valve and loosening the bolts that join it to
the reel of the headstock (12) by means of which the pump will be removed from the impulsion pipe. Then
the motor or any other means of propulsion there may be, will be loosened and removed and following this
the rest of the pieces will be dismantled in the reverse order of that used in assembly.
12.-SPARE PARTS.
The precise type of pump, head unit and column must be stated together with the pump serial number. The
spare pieces must be named according to the designation given on the sectional view and part list
published in this manual, including its reference code.
