This setting does not affect the function notification tone settings (see section q) "Configuring the

Enter the memory code "85".
Press "4". With this setting, the relay is activated when the button is
pressed for 10 seconds. The code lock plays notification tones during this
time, which stop when the button is released.
Press the # key to confirm your entry.
Press the * key to exit programming mode. The yellow LED will start to
flash again.
Enter the master code (in this example, the master code is "3289")
to enable programming mode, and then press the * key. The code lock
will beep twice and the yellow LED will stay constant to indicate that
programming mode is enabled.
Enter the memory code "81", and then press the tone disable code ("0").
Press the # key to confirm your entry.
The code lock will not beep when the relay is activated by entering a
code or pressing the door opener button connected to the "EG IN" screw
terminal (7).
Enter the memory code "81", and then press the tone activation code ("1").

code or pressing the door opener button connected to the "EG IN" screw

This setting helps to notify guests that the door is open (if the door opener
does not make its own sound).
