8.8 Draw Aside Plate Replacement

Tilt the unit back.

Remove the screws and nuts.

Replace the draw-aside plate (Fig. 2+3/Pos. 22).

Mount on the body a new plate (Fig. 2+3/Pos. 22) using
screws and nuts.

Put the unit in the initial position, check the adjustment
(see the draw-aside plate set-up).
8.9 Skid Replacement

Remove the nuts, washers and screws.

Remove the skids (Fig. 2+3/Pos. 14) on both the sides of the body.

Set the new skids up (see the skids set-up).
8.10 Inspections and Maintenance Safety Instructions
Prior to any works on the unit:

Switch the engine off. .

Out the unit in OFF position (if available)

Pull the sparkling plug socket out

Wait for the engine to cool down. .
The machine will serve as a sufficient aid only if maintained and care for appropriately. Insufficient
maintenance and care may result in accidents and injuries.

Check the oil level and replace if necessary.
Check the screwed joints firm fit.
Check the safety devices.
Spread light oil on all the rotating and moving parts
Put the unit on a firm flat base to clean it. Remove the dirt. It is possible to clean
the unit with water. To clean the ejector, rinse it out. Have the unit dry up
thoroughly before putting it on storage. The engine may be cleaned with a cloth or
a soft brush.
