Switchable lights
(DYD*)
Lights without switch are usu-
ally switched on/off via an external
switch.
Both lights of the lamp DYD 228
can only be operated together.
Dimmable light
(DYD* /D)
The operation of digitally dimmable
lights (e.g. DYD 228/D) requires the
use of a spring loaded switch (see
"Connection").
Press briefly: (<0.5 s): ON/OFF
Press longer (>0.5 s): Dimming
Double-click with switched-on
light: saves the dim value
Double-click with switched-off
light: deletes the dim value
If the dim value is deleted, the
lamp is dimmed to the dim value
present at switch-off when switch-
ing on again.
