Fitting the kitchen unit doors

Maximum weight of the kitchen unit door: 20 kg.
Information!
Do not exceed the kitchen unit doors' permissible
weight. Kitchen unit doors that are too heavy may
damage the hinges. Damaged hinges compromise
appliance function.

1. Check the default of 8 mm (distance between
appliance door and lower edge of the mounting
crossmember (31)).
2. Push the installation aids (30) up to the height of
the kitchen unit door. Lower stop edge Y of the
installation aid = upper edge of the kitchen unit door
to be fitted.
3. Unscrew the lock nuts (32) and remove the
mounting crossmember (31).

4. Hang the mounting crossmember (31) on the inside
of the kitchen unit door using the installation aids
(30).
5. Centre the mounting crossmember (31):
Mark a short centre line on the kitchen unit door and
place the arrow tip of the crossmember over this.
The distances to the outside edge must be the same
on the left and right.

6. With fixing plate doors:
Tighten the mounting crossmember (31) with at least
6 screws (34).
7. With cassette doors:
Tighten the mounting crossmember (31) at the edge
with 4 screws (34).
8. Pull the installation aids (30) out upwards and slide
them rotated into the retainer openings next to them.

9. Hang the kitchen unit door on the adjustment
bolts (33) and loosely turn the lock nuts (32) on the
adjustment bolts (33).
10. Close the appliance door.
11. Check the distance of the door to the surrounding
kitchen unit doors.
12. Align the kitchen unit door laterally:
Move the kitchen unit door in X direction.
13. Align the kitchen unit door with regard to
height Y and the lateral incline:
Adjust the adjustment bolts (33) using a screwdriver.
14. If the kitchen unit door is flush with the surrounding

kitchen unit fronts:
Tighten the lock nuts (32).
