After installation
1. Remove all transport locking elements.
2. Disposing of packaging. See the section "Disposing
of packaging".
Check the following points to make sure that the
appliance is installed correctly. Otherwise, the appliance
may ice up, condensation may form or malfunctions
may occur:
The appliance door must close properly.
D
The kitchen unit door must not rest against the
D
kitchen unit body.
The seal on the upper corner of the handle side
D
must be firmly fitted. To check this, darken the room,
place a torch inside the appliance at the top, and
close the appliance door. If light shines out, correct
the installation.
Connecting the appliance to the mains
Following installation, there must be a minimum waiting
period of 1 hour before the appliance is plugged in. The
oil contained in the compressor may have been
displaced into the refrigeration system during transport.
1. Clean the inside of the appliance (see "Cleaning the
appliance") before it is first used.
2. Plug the power cord into the mains.
