Note!
A beaker with a volume of at least 200 ml is needed for calibrating the sample volume.
Carry out the calibration as follows:

C: Hose volume (set value 24 ml)

1. Switch on the device (see section 6.2)
2. Connect sampling hose to the device and insert into a full water
tank (see section 3.3)
3. Remove the pump hose already installed from the hose fitting
( Fig. 22, item A) and guide it into the beaker prepared
( Fig. 22, item B).
4. In the control system of the device, call up the CALIBRATION
menu level ( Fig. 23; via: SETUP - SERVICE -
CALIBRATION).
5. In the CAL.VOL. item ( Fig. 23, item A), enter the desired
calibration volume.
6. Select the "DOSING VOL" item ( Fig. 23, item B).
7. Start sampling by selecting the SAMPLE function from the picklist
( Fig. 23, item D). Wait until the sampling cycle is complete.
8. Read off the sample volume in the beaker.
9. In the CALIBRATION menu level, the MEAS. VOL. item now
appears instead of the DOSING VOL item. Select MEAS. VOL..
From the picklist that appears, select the "ENTER" command.
10. Enter the measured sample volume in the controller.
11. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to check the calibration process and repeat
the calibration if necessary.
12. Then exit the CALIBRATION and SERVICE menu levels.
13. Then feed the pump hose back into the hose fitting until the stop
( Fig. 22, item A).
