transferring it to another user.

If any type of damage is found, DO NOT USE THIS
PRODUCT.

Failure to heed these warnings may lead to severe

This Product is suitable for re-use*:
•
Have an authorized Sunrise Medical dealer inspect
the strap assembly, foam and cover for damage or
wear.
•
If any damage is found, do not re-use.
•
Clean and disinfect the strap assembly, foam
and cover in accordance with local government
regulations.
•
Refer to your local Infection Control Office for advice.
•
After cleaning and disinfection, have an authorized
Sunrise Medical dealer inspect the strap assembly,
foam and cover to insure that the cleaning/
disinfection process did not cause any damage.
