The guarantee does not cover :
• User manuals, applications, settings, content or data of any kind.
• Normal wear of the product (screens, batteries and camera).
• Any deterioration of the product due to misuse, including those caused by objects, pressure, a fall.
• Any use of the product that does not conform to the precautions for use stipulated in the user
manual.
• Damage to the product from another product connected or used with, an accessory or software
not supplied by Konrow.
• Any damage to the battery.
• The product or its accessories if it has been disassembled or modified in any way.
• Any non-identifiable product by serial number or IMEI number(s). If its elements have been
removed, erased, modified or rendered illegible, the warranty does not apply.
• Damage to the product from exposure to moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosion, oxidation,
or any liquid.
• Any deterioration of the SIM drive (s) or MicroSD reader.

The IMEI code is the serial number that allows the identification of your device and after-sales
service. There are several ways to find your IMEI code :
• Type * # 06 # on the keypad of your mobile phone.
• Consult the packaging box of your phone.
• Remove the battery from your device: on the back, you will see a label with your IMEI code.
(For non-removable batteries, consult the IMEI engraved on the back shell of the phone)
ONLY FOR DEVICES WITH WIFI CONNECTION
Registering your Konrow device requires a short connection to the mobile internet network.
Depending on your subscription, communication costs may be your responsibility, we advise you
to use a Wi-Fi connection.
Responsability
Repairing your appliance must be carried out by an authorized technician. If you entrust the repair
of your device to unauthorized persons, Konrow does not guarantee the phone.
Depending on the legislation in your country, in the event of negligence on your part or on the part
of a third party when using your device, Konrow disclaims all liability for damages of any kind from
this negligence. You are solely responsible for the use of your device.

Malware and viruses
To protect your device from viruses or malware, do not hesitate to follow these tips:
• Do not download unknown applications.

• Do not visit unreliable websites.
• Remove suspicious emails or emails from unknown recipients without even opening them.
• Set a password and renew it regularly.
• When not in use, turn off wireless features such as Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
• If the device is operating abnormally, start an antivirus program to detect any infections.
• If possible, start an antivirus program on your device before launching recently downloaded
applications or files.
• Do not modify the registry settings or the operating system of the device.
