Environment and use
Do not use your mobile phone in airplanes, hospitals, petrol stations near fuels and professional
garages.
In airplanes : Turn off your phone on the plane. Remember to turn off your phone while on a plane
(GSM + Bluetooth). This may cause interference.
Hospital environment : Follow rules or regulations in hospitals and health centers. Turn off your
device when notices prohibit use, they may interfere with medical devices.
Wireless devices can affect the performance of hearing aids or simulators. Consult your internet
service provider for more information.
Consult a doctor or the manufacturer of the medical device to determine if the phone may interfere
with your medical devices or if you have any questions. Medical device manufacturers recommend
that a minimum distance of 15 cm be maintained between a mobile phone and a pacemaker to avoid
potential interference. As a precaution, place the wireless device at the level of the ear opposite
the medical device. If you think interference is likely to occur, immediately turn off the device and
consult your doctor.
Children : Be watchful, do not leave children with the phone and its accessories, they may contain
small components that can be ingested.
Emergency call : The emergency call feature allows you to call an emergency number without
having to enter the PIN code. Do not rely solely on the mobile phone to make important calls, for
example: a call to emergency services.
Precautions related to electromagnetic waves
Your device is designed so that it does not exceed the radio wave limits recommended by the
European authorities. These limits include safety margins to ensure the protection of all persons
regardless of their age or state of health.
Use advice to reduce the level of exposure to electromagnetic radiation :
Make sure to use your mobile in good reception conditions, to reduce the amount of
radiation received (especially in an underground car park or when traveling by transport
(train, car)).
A reception icon tells you the reception quality of your phone, a full gauge display means
that reception is good.
Instructions of use
Read these instructions carefully, keep them, follow them and heed the warnings. Device to handle
with care.
Device Maintenance
Only use accessories in the box approved by Konrow. The use of unapproved accessories may
damage your phone or cause risks.
Do not put sharp objects directly in contact with the surface and do not spray cleaner directly on
the screen.

Clean your device only with a soft cloth (dry or slightly moistened).
Do not attempt to disassemble the unit, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Use only spare parts/accessories and spare parts specified by the manufacturer.
Refer to authorized personnel for repairs. After any service or repairs to this product, ask the
technician to perform a safety check.
Do not exert strong pressure on the screen and do not place objects on it. It could damage the
screen.
Repair will be necessary if the unit is damaged in any way, if the power cable or plug is damaged,
if liquid has spilled or if objects have fallen on the screen. if the unit has been exposed to rain or
moisture, or if it has been dropped.
Avoid data loss
Significant electromagnetic interference or electrostatic discharge can cause malfunction or loss of
data. If the unit does not work properly, reset the unit or unplug the AC adapter from the electrical
outlet, and then reconnect it. To avoid data loss, consider making a backup (computer or paper) of
information stored in the device.
Do not leave it near magnetic fields that could result in loss of data or damage to the device.
Precaution for use
Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight or other extreme heat or cold.
Keep the unit away from metal objects (coins, keys ...).
Handle SIM cards carefully, wipe cards with a soft cloth if they look dirty...
The material of the phone housing requires a connection to a USB interface version 2.0 or higher.
The connection to a power supply called "Power USB" is prohibited.
The charger is designed for indoor use only.
Shocks or impacts : Use and handle your phone with the utmost care.
Protect your phone: shocks or impacts could damage it. Some parts of your phone are made of glass
and could break in the event of a fall or large impact. Avoid dropping your device. Do not touch the
screen with a sharp object.
Contact with liquids : Do not put the device in contact with liquids or with wet hands, any damage
caused by water may be irremediable.

Battery
To increase the life of your battery, use only Konrow chargers and batteries. Replacing the battery
with a non-compliant model may cause the battery to explode.
Be careful not to damage and crush the battery. This may cause an internal short circuit and
overheating.
If you do not use your phone for a long time, consider recharging the battery to maximize its useful
life.
