Troubleshooting

Problem
Tint product is not working.
The wrong tint product lights up.
The light switches off suddenly.
You have added a new tint product
and this bulb switches off when you
select a colored light function.
You want to add a new tint product,
but the ones that are already added
are blinking.
The tint product has been added to
the wrong group.
I cannot add a tint product to a new
system.

Possible causes
The batteries in the tint remote con-
trol are dead and must be replaced.
The tint product itself is switched off
or the mains plug is not plugged in.
You have selected the wrong group,
or have not selected a group, using
the group button. Select the right
group or select "All groups" by pres-
sing the group button repeatedly (all
LEDs above the group button will
light up).
Use the group button to select the
right group or use the group button
to select "All groups".
You have selected the "Sunset"
scene. Not an error.
The new tint product can only light
up in white. Not an error.
Switch off the tint product that are
already added or remove them from
the product that has already been
connected.
Find out for sure which group the
tint product is in. Proceed as descri-
bed in "Add a tint product from one
group into another group".
Please check whether the tint pro-
duct is in coupling mode.
