Possible causes
The tint product is already assigned
to a remote control or a gateway.
Please remove it from the existing
network
Bring it closer to the remote control
Switch off any nearby Zigbee devices
If the tint product has previously
been switched off using the light
switch, the tint remote control will
have to resynchronise.
You have switched off parts of the
system using a light switch. The tint
remote control is resynchronising.
Simply switching the groups on and
off again will tell you which group
your tint product is in.
