½ teaspoon lemon zest

Spread on warm scones, toast,
pancakes or waffles

2 tablespoons liquid honey

Assemble Mixer with scraper beater

Place softened butter into mixing bowl.

Using Cream/Beat setting, blend in
remaining ingredients.

Scrape mixture onto a sheet of
parchment, wax paper, or plastic wrap
and roll into a cylinder about 1 inch
(2.5cm) thick.

Chill until firm. Slice off portions as
needed.
