Replacing the scraper
The scrapers are needed to keep the earth off the area of
contact between the idler roller and the rod conveyor.
Carry out the operations described.
1) Undo the screws (A).
2) Remove the small plate (B).
3) Remove the scraper (C).
4) Position the new scraper.
5) Position the plate (B).
6) Tighten the screws (A).
7) Repeat the same procedure to replace the other
scraper.
Scrapping and disposal
Scrapping operations must be handled by specialised
personnel with suitable skills for the job.
The components removed must be sorted according to
the type of materials they contain and in compliance
English language
INFORMATION CONCERNING REPLACEMENTS
with the laws in force concerning "waste collection, sort-
ing and disposal".
Dispose of these items in accordance with the laws in
force.
