Embrochage et débrochage

Embrochage:
Embrocher le raccord jusqu'à ce qu'un
«clic» soit audible� Contrôler le verrouil-
lage en tirant sur le connecteur (force de
traction max� 20 N)�

Attention
L'assemblage de connecteurs qui
ne sont pas entièrement enclen-
chés n'est pas autorisé car cela
pourrait entraîner une déflexion
permanente des clips et donc une
perte potentielle de la fonction de
verrouillage�
L'assemblage doit toujours être
vérifié�
Remarque:
Les connecteurs non embrochés
doivent être protégés de toute conta-
mination à l'aide des bouchons de
protection Stäubli�

Débrochage:
Pour le déverouillage utiliser
PV-MS-PLS/2 ou PV-MS�

Mating and disconnecting

Mating:
Mate the cable coupler until a „Click"
can be heard� Check correct engage-
ment by lightly pulling on the connector
(maximum pulling force: 20 N)�
Attention
Assembly of not fully engaged
connectors is not permitted as this
could lead to a permanent deflec-
tion of clips and thus to a potential
loss of the locking function�
The correct assembly has to be
verified at all times�
Note:
Unmated connectors must be pro-
tected from any contamination using
Stäubli sealing caps�

Disconnecting:
Use PV-MS-PLS/2 or PV-MS to discon-
nect�
