MAINTENANCE

Clean the housing with damp cloth after every operation or daily.
No less than once a month remove lower emery and clean dust, dirt and possible
accumulations that may be below.

WARRANTY

7054 Series Potato Peeling Machines are under warranty for 1 year against manufacturing defects of machines
covering defects in the goods, hidden defects in workmanship and/or hidden defects in material.
Warranty is invalid in case of failure due to violating rules specified in operation instructions.
Combisteel BV is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur due to operational fault.

Possible cause
The plug may not be connected
The plug may be connected but the
emergency stop button may be
activated
Time duration may be finished
The time duration may be adjusted
but the start button may not be
activated
You may set the appliance on uneven
surface
You may exceed the capacity which
strains the engine
The plug may be connected
improperly
The contactor makes sound
Plug cable may be torn and/or there
may be lack of phase

Make sure you set the bottom plate properly on shaft.
Turn it in the right and the left direction if necessary to set it properly.

Actions to be taken
Connect the plug to power supply
Turn the emergency stop button in
direction of arrow labelled on the
button
Adjust time clock for required duration
Press Start button to start the
appliance
Set the appliance on level ground or
provide stability via adjustable braces
Compare appliances capacity and the
amount of potatoes, remove the
excess amount
Check the plug and correct if necessary
Restart the appliance
Open the cable and check if there is
any fault if necessary
