MAINTENANCE
The regular maintenance consists of saw replacement. To learn saw replacement look at below information.
SAW REPLACEMENT
Set the saw so the cutters face beneath. Pay attention to this point when installing
The service life of the appliance depends on utilization frequency. Replace the saw once it is blunt. Stoop the
appliance and pull the plug from the socket to replace the saw.
•
Turn the strut anti clockwise to loosen the saw.
•
Loosen the struts to open the cover.
•
Use protective tools to extract old saw.
•
Set the new saw on pulleys, close the cover.
•
Turn the strut clockwise to fix the saw.

7054 Series Bone Saw Machines are under warranty for 1 year against manufacturing defects of machines
covering defects in the goods, hidden defects in workmanship and/or hidden defects in material. Warranty is
invalid in case of failure due to violating rules specified in operation instructions. Combisteel BV is not responsible
for any damage or loss that may occur due to operational fault.

Possible cause
The plug may not be connected

Actions to be taken
Connect the plug to power supply
Turn the emergency stop button in
direction of arrow labelled on the
button
Press Start button to start the
appliance
Close the cover, use pressing bars to
tighten the cover
Set the appliance on level ground or
provide stability via adjustable braces
Check the plug and correct if necessary
Restart the appliance
Open the cable and check if there is
any fault if necessary
