Before introducing water vapor, let the pump run for thirty
minutes at the maximum vacuum in order to bring the pump
temperature to its operating value.
At the end of the working cycle, in case of further presence of
condensate in the oil, let the pump run for at least thirty minutes
at the maximum vacuum with Gas-ballast open.
It is advisable to carry out this operation before stopping the
pump for a long time. The gas ballast valve will allow the
elimination of water condensate from the lubricating oil.
