Preparation
Ensure that the ingredients have reached room temperature.
Beat the eggs and the sugar for 2 to 3 minutes and add the melted butter.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder and water to the mixture.
Place the baking paper on the bottom of a glass bowl and add the mixture.
Mix everything together for a further 10 minutes and then place the bowl in the
middle of the grill rack and select convection mode. Allow the mixture to bake
for 26 minutes at 170°C.

250 g of fine white flour with a low gluten content
•
250 g of white granulated sugar
•
15 g of baking powder
•
150 g of water
•
75 g of margarine with a fat content of approx. 80%
•
3 – 4 eggs (185 g whisked egg)
•
For baking: baking paper with a diameter of approx. 200 mm.
