Select from the settings 800g, 1000g, 1200g or 1400g according to the weight of
the chicken.
Start the cooking programme for chicken.
The meat should be turned over to enable even cooking. After around 2/3 of the
cooking time an audible signal reminds you to do this. Turn the meat over and
press the
button to continue cooking.
If the chicken is not thoroughly cooked or brown enough, start another cooking
process in the combi mode C-4 microwave + dual grill (as described from Page
175).

Programme A-9: Potato gratin
This programme uses both microwave and convection modes. Use a heatproof and
microwave-suitable container.
WARNING!
Risk of fire!
Do no use any covers as the device operates with hot
air in this programme.
Place a container with the food in the middle of the rotary plate.
Confirm the amount of 1200g.
Start the programme for potato gratin.
If the gratin is not thoroughly cooked or brown enough, start another cooking
process in microwave or grill modes (as described on pages Page 173 and Page
170).

Programme A-10: Meatballs
This programme uses both microwave and convection modes. Use a heatproof and
microwave-suitable container.

Place the meatballs on a plate that is suitable for convection cooking. Place the
plate in the middle of the rotary plate.
Select from settings 3, 4 or 5 according to the weight of the meatballs (based on
the standard weight of each meatball of 125g).
Start the cooking programme for meatballs.
If the meatballs are not thoroughly cooked, start another cooking process in grill or
microwave mode (as described on pages Page 173 and Page 170).
