SPIRALS 2T, thanks to a special electronic system, can have two different temperatures, and precisely:

• the upper trays area in which the
temperature is stratified from +9°C to +14°C
is ideal for products which have a longer
conservation time.
• the
lower trays area in which the
temperature can be set at +3°C allows for
good conservation of foodstuffs which
would deteriorate at higher temperatures. In
this area, in compliance with the "haccp"
(hazard analysis and critical control points)
standards, a control is provided, called
"fridge safety", which prevents the sale of
the product if the temperature which could
allow for deterioration of the product is
exceeded.
The two areas are isolated by an insulating
panel.
