Le micro-rupteur doit s'enclencher
avant même que le verrouillage ne
soit réalisé� Il indiquera ainsi que le
contact est établi�
Remarque:
Le verrouillage n'est définitivement
réalisé qu'après embrochage com-
plet des deux connecteurs�
5. Montage du couvercle de
protection

Engager le bouchon de protection

sur le connecteur� Le bouchon DBT-
IB16NS est destiné à la douille (1), le
bouchon DST16NS à la broche (2)�
Positionner la cordelette en (P) et la
serrer�
Codage:
(Les types ���NS uniquement) Il existe
jusqu'à 6 possibilités de codage, iden-
tifiées de C1 à C6. En vue de garantir
une parfaite interchangeabilité, nous
vous recommandons le codage

Insert plug (2) into microswitch struc-
ture (11) making sure that both o-rings
(10) are correctly seated. Assemble
washer (9) and nut (8). Assemble nuts
(7+3) to counter the twisting action
when tightening nut (8) with the
torque spanner 24 mm A/F. Tightening
torque: 20 Nm. Secure nut (8) with
glue (e�g� Loctite 242)�
Functional check of micro-
switches
By switching immediately prior to
engagement of the interlock, the
microswitch indicates that the plug
connection is made�
only after engagement�
5. Mouting of protective cap
(ill. 15)
Push protective cap over the plug�
DBT-IB16NS over the socket (1), and
DST16NS over plug (2)� Pull loop over
the connector and fasten cord at posi-
tion (P)�
