EXHALATION VALVE REPLACEMENT
1.Remove the exhalation valve by gently pulling it away from the facepiece.
Dispose of the valve properly.
2. Install the new valve.
a. Align the valve stem with the center hole.
b.Press the stem into the hole. Ensure that the valve audibly and visibly
c.Ensure that the valve is flat against the exhalation port housing.
INHALATION VALVE REPLACEMENT
1. Remove inhalation valves by gently stretching the valves off the bayonet
connector posts. Dispose of valves properly.
2. Install new inhalation valves.
a. Align the holes with the bayonet connector posts.
b. Gently stretch the valve openings onto the posts.
BUCKLE REPLACEMENT
1. To remove buckle, push on the buckle tab slightly to open. Pull the strap
until the loose end is free of the buckle.
