Measure
14. Replace O-ring.
15. Clean inlet valve.
16. Increase pressure.
17. Use a larger diameter hose and/or reduce the overall
length of the hose. A hose exceeding 30 m in length with
a ¼" diameter significantly reduces the performance of the
sprayer. Use a 3/8" hose for optimum performance (mini-
mum length of 15 m).
1. Remove the spacer of the packing seal. Tighten the
packing nut to stop the leakage.
2. Replace seals.
3. Replace rod.
Tighten. Reduce the motor speed via the potentiometer
and operate the pump as slowly as possible during the
suction process.

3. Refill the material container. Prime the pump; check
the material container regularly to prevent the pump from
running dry.

motor speed via the potentiometer and operate the pump
as slowly as possible during priming.
2. Clean the intake valve. Make sure the ball seat is not
nicked or worn and that the ball is properly seated. Reas-
semble the valve.
3. Replace.
4. Thin the paint according to the manufacturer's recom-
mendations.
1. Check connections. Replace the display.
