STEP 3
Put the Pulse wire (43) through Handlebar post and
the top of computer bracket hole (46)
Lock the Fixed handlebar (42) to the Handlebar post
(46) with Allen bolts (45) and Spring washers (44).
STEP 4
Assemble L/R Swing tubes (24L/R) on Axle (51) with Allen bolts (10), Spring washers (11), Flat washers
(52), D-Shape washer (9), and Waved washers (35) - don't tighten these bolts fi rmly by now.
Attach L/R Pedal tube Joints (39L/R) to L/R Crank (56L/R) with Allen bolts (10), Spring washers (11), D-
Shape washers (9), Flat washers (52) and Waved washers (35); don't tighten these bolts fi rmly by now.
Connect L/R Swing tubes (24L/R) & Pedal supports (15L/R) with Hex bolts (18), Flat washers(5), Flat
washers (48) and Nylon nuts (6);
Now tighten all above
bolts and nuts fi rmly.
Fix the L/R Handlebars
(28L/R) to L/R Swing
tubes (24L/R) with
Carriage bolts (36),
Arc washers (20) and
Nylon nuts (13).
