Setting up the Transmitter
In practice, it has turned out helpful to first take the transmitter into operation and then charge the flight
battery with the transmitter. The model can be completed during charging.
a) Selecting Remote Control Mode
With the help of the mode switch (also see figure 1, item 3), the transmitter cannot be operated in mode 1 or mode
2. If the switch is pushed to the left position, mode 1 is activated. If the switch is pushed to the right position, mode
2 is activated.
The two modes differ only by assignment of the control functions of the respective control lever.
Mode 1:
• Right control stick forward and backward:
Motor function (THRO)
• Right control lever right and left:
Rudder function (RUDD)
• Left control stick forward and backward:
Elevator function (ELEV)
Mode 2:
• Right control stick forward and backward:
Elevator function (ELEV)
• Right control lever right and left:
Rudder function (RUDD)
• Left control stick forward and backward:
