c) Neutral Position
When the control lever for the rudder and elevator function and the digital trimming of the two control functions pre-
cisely in the centre position, the rudder (figure 13, item 1) and elevator (figure 13, item 2) should be precisely at the
centre as well.
Viewed from the rear, the rudders and elevators must form a level with the rudder and must not be deflected to the
top or bottom, left or right.
If the rudders and elevators are not aligned precisely in spite of trimming at the transmitter, the bend in the linkage wire
may be used to correctly align the rudder (figure 14, item 1) or elevator (figure 14, item 3).
The bend can be compressed or expanded as required. Use small long-nose pliers or tweezers and work with the
required dexterity.
Figure 14, item 2 (rudder) or figure 14, item 4 (elevator) shows the linkage wire connected at the rudder
horn. Experienced pilots who would like to increase deflection at the rudder or elevator may use long-nosed
pliers and carefully attach the linkage rod in the inside (see arrow) instead of using the factory settings
(attached on the outside).
