1.5 KTONE Keyboard tone
Turning on this function, you can bear the keytone every time you press the keypad. If
turning off , youΝdoΝnotΝhearΝanyΝ"klick"ΝtoneΝwhenΝpressingΝaΝkey.

Press [MENU] - "εenu"Νappears on the screen, while next line remains blank.

Press[4] - "KTηζE" appears and actual status is shown in next line: On or OFF

Repeat operation to change status.

Not for use under Channel Mode.
1.6 APO Automatic Power Off
If APO is ON, then the radio observes receiver activity. If there is no activity during the next 30
minutes, the radio will switch off automatically.

Press [MENU] - "εenu"Νappears, next line remains blank.

Press[5 - "ρθη" appears and the actual status (On or OFF) is shown.

Repeat operation to change status.

Function is not used under Channel Mode.
1.7 SAVE (Battery save during inactivity)
Radio will enter into sleeping mode if no operation happens or no signal is received within 12
seconds. During power SAVE, the radio checks receiving activity periodically and turns on after any
activity is found again. Power SAVE can increase battery operating time effectively .

