1. Notes to the instructions for use

Users are requested to read these
instructions for use carefully and
observe the contents as well as
the enclosed notes on safety pre-
cautions. In conjunction with the
instructions for use, users should
familiarise themselves with the
machine, its adjuster controls,
its correct operation as well as
with the safety precautions.

2. Correct operation

is designed for

of lawns and grass
spaces in private-house and hobby
gardens, and not for commercial
use in public spaces, parks, sports
grounds, along the streets and
in agriculture and forestry.

4. Preparing the machine for use

4.1. Adjusting the height of the
handlebar frame

3.2. Assembly of
the handlebar frame

Unfold the Z-shaped folded handle,
tighten the bar locking handle

Allow the handle to engage and
tighten well with the lower linkage

4.2. Setting the cutting height

stagelessly and centrally with a
twist grip adjuster (Fig. 2, Pos. 1).
The height setting can be read off
via the digital display in 5 mm
divisions (Fig. 2, Pos. 2).
