11. TROUBLE SHOOTING

If, following several attemps, the engine of the pump still does not start, please refer to following table.
Then, if the pump cannot start, please contact the IMER France dealer or the nearest After-Sales
Service to get information and to be instructed with measures to take.
THE ENGINE CANNOT START:
Make sure position of the Speed Control lever is
correct [Fig.15]
Check fuel level.
Models SWT 120 D and JET 100 D:
Low Oil Pressure in Engine
Check the injection pump
Uncharged battery (to check with a multimeter /
Minimum starting voltage: 11.5 V)
THE ENGINE SUDDENLY STOPS:
Out of fuel
Models SWT 120 D and JET 100 D:
Too low pressure oil.
LACK OF POWER FOR THE ENGINE:
Air filter clogged

Put the Speed Control lever to the RUN position
Fill up the tank in case it is empty. Do not overfill it

Not Enough Oil in the Engine: check and
complete the oil level
•
The oil filter is clogged with contaminants or
the oil circuit is clogged: clean the oil filter or
contact your IMER France dealer
•
Defective oil pump: Contact your IMER France
dealer
•
Remove air from the fuel system at the fuel
injection pump;
•
Contact your IMER France dealer
•
Charge the battery
•
Change the battery
Fill with fuel.
•
Not Enough Oil in the Engine: check and
complete the oil level
•
The oil filter is clogged with contaminants or
the oil circuit is clogged: clean the oil filter or
contact your IMER France dealer
•
Defective oil pump: Contact your IMER France
dealer
Replace the air filter
