GAS SUPPLY LINE

The gas supply scheme is shown in the diagram below. The gas train is certified in accordance with regulation EN 676 and is supplied
separately to the burner.
A manual shut off valve and an anti-vibration joint must be installed upstream of the gas valve, as shown in the diagram.

BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER

ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT

Position insulating seal 3 on the sleeve, placing cord 2 between
the flange and the seal.

Loosen screws "6", adjust the position of the connection flange
"5" so that the combustion head penetrates the furnace up to
the length recommended by the generator manufacturer.

Fasten the burner 4 to the boiler 1 by means of the stud bolts,
washers and the nuts provided 7.
Completely seal the space between the burner sleeve and

the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
