4.1
Tank/Cut-out probes (Fig. 1)
The dirty-water tank (16) must always be emp-
tied after use , and rinsed out with clean water.
Clean the sensors (13) for filling-level control
after the machine has been used. For this pur-
pose the sensor cover (13a) must be removed
so that the sensors can be accessed.
Regularly clean the flap trap of the dirty-water
inlet (15). Check that the flap trap is securely
seated.
4.2
Changing the squeegee blades
4.2.1
Removing the squeegees (Fig. 2)
Empty the entire contents of the tank. Discon-
nect the mains plug (31) from the mains. Tilt
back the machine and lower it down so that it
rests on the handle (1). Unscrew the hexagon
socket screws (24) of the squeegee holder.
Remove the front squeegee (22) and the rear
squeegee (20).
4.2.2
Renewing squeegee blades (Fig. 3)
Unscrew the countersunk screws (25) and re-
move the edging strip (26). Remove the dam-
aged and worn squeegee blades. Return the
edging strip (26) with the new squeegee blades
(23), and screw in the countersunk screws (25).
Resecure the squeegee by the hexagon socket
screws (24).
4.3
Changing the brush
Empty the entire contents of the tank. Discon-
nect the mains plug (31) from the mains. Tilt
back the machine and lower it down so that it
rests on the handle (1). Press in the brush axle
(19), and pull it out on the left-hand side.
Remove the brush (21) from the enclosure and
insert a new one. Clean the brush axle (19) and
press back into the brush guide until the stop
point is reached. Lock in the brush axle.
