6. Maintenance
Do not use Sodium hypochlorite (Bleach) to clean the unit.
It is important to keep the unit clean, in particular the blending chamber.
6.1. Daily maintenance of the
housing and blending chamber
The housing of the blender can be cleaned with a wet cloth or a product to
clean stainless steel.
The inside of the unit, the paddles and the drip tray can be cleaned and
disinfected with regular disinfecting wipes or 70° ethanol. Make sure that
the mains switch is in position "0".
To clean the blending chamber:

Unplug the power cord.

Put the unit on the edge of the table.
•
Open the door flat.
•
Remove the drip tray and clean it.
•
Click the paddles and remove them.
•
Clean the blending chamber.
