7. Troubleshooting
Before calling technical support, please check that your problem cannot be
solved easily by following the guidelines below. In this chart, you will find the
most common problems and their solutions.
PROBLEMS CHECK
• Check that the power cord is correctly connected.
• Check that the switch is on "I" (ON).
Unit does not start • Check the fuses and the mains voltage are ok.
• Check that the door closes well. If needed clean the
blending chamber.
The screen indicates This alarm is activated when an overvoltage is detected in the
"Err I" motor. Increase the gap between the door and the paddles.
The screen indicates
This alarm is activated when the motor is blocked. Check that
"Err 2" nothing prevents the mechanical operation of the device.

CHECK
Check the quality of your bags.
You may increase the space between the door and the
paddles of 5 mm and/or decrease the speed of blending.
Check the state of the seal on top of the blending chamber. If
needed, turn it a quarter turn. (Contact Customer support)
