5 Connection
5. Pull the terminal block for the connection of the
gateway out of the jack GATEWAY of the
Cloud Connect Advanced.
6. Connect the conductors to the terminal point of
the terminal block and tighten the screw
terminals with the screwdriver.
7. Ensure that the conductors sit securely in the terminal point of the terminal block.
8. Plug the terminal block into the jack GATEWAY
of the Cloud Connect Advanced.
9. Attach the conductor to the communication
assembly using a cable tie. Place the cable tie
around the conductor and lead one end of the
cable tie through the respective opening in the
bracket of the communication assembly and
tighten the cable tie.

Placing the Insulating Hose over the AC Conductors

To prevent touching of communication conductors and live conductors, the live conductors have to
be insulated with the insulating hose.
