c) Resetting the speed controller
Use this function to reset all configured settings to the factory defaults (see grey markings in the table in chapter 10. b).
Proceed as follows:
• Switch on the remote control. Leave the throttle/brake lever in the neutral position, do not move it.
• Turn on the speed controller (briefly press the on/off button). Wait until the speed controller has completed a self-
test and the LED stops flashing/goes off.
The speed controller must not be in programming mode.
• Now press and hold down the setup button for more than 3 seconds.
• The red LED on the speed controller lights up once long and a long sound signal is emitted (the sound signal is
generated by activation of the motor). Finally, the red LED flashes.
• Now turn off the speed controller by pressing and holding down the on/off button for more than 0.5 seconds.
• With the speed controller turned on, all settings are thus reset to their default values; see table in chapter 10. b).
Important!
After a reset of the speed controller, you must first programme the neutral and full throttle positions, as
described in chapter 10. a).
You can then change the default settings described in chapter 10. b) if desired.
When using a LiPo rechargeable battery to operate the vehicle, make sure the low voltage protection is
enabled. If undervoltage detection is switched off, the LiPo battery may be permanently damaged due to
overdischarge.
