The table below lists Error and Alarm solutions for the issue that may happen. If the issue persists, contact your
care provider's service agent or APEX. Do not Open the device.

Troubleshooting
Do not remove the humidifier during
treatment.
1.
Ensure the SD card is inserted into the
slot.
2.
Ensure the SD card has enough capacity.
3.
Use SD card certified by APEX Medical.
Do not remove SD while data is being
processed.

Please put the device closer to AP. Ensure
the device is placed where there is
coverage (ie, on your bedside table, not
in a drawer or on the floor). The icon of
wireless should be turned on if the
wireless coverage is good.

Ensure the Wi-Fi is on and Wi-Fi setting is
correct.

If the above solution is not working,
please send the SD card to your care
provider. The SD card also contains your
therapy data.

there are no co-existence interfere by
adding new item/dis connect item to the
connected IT-network)
