Depending on working width, type of fertiliser and kind of fertilis-
ing (normal- or boundary- or border spreading) take the indications
for
•
type of spreading disc,
•
mounting height,
•
vane position and
•
pto shaft rev. speed or spreading disc rev. speed for normal- or
boundary- or border spreading
from the setting chart.
Carry out all settings with greatest care. Deviations from the optimum
setting may change the spread pattern negatively.
We implicitly point out that we do not accept liability for consequential
damage due to spreading errors.
The mobile test kit allows checking the lateral distribution of the ferti-
liser in the field.
For this purpose 8 collecting trays and 1 measuring funnel are availa-
ble which should be placed as prescribed.
Each collecting tray must be provided with a screen insert.
After having placed the collecting trays drive down two or three bouts.
The lateral distribution determined by the mobile test rig is evaluated.
If necessary the chosen spreading vane setting can be optimised.
