Inline Constant Pressure System
For 12 gpm (45 lpm) flow or greater, minimum pressure tank size is 4 gallons (15 L);
for 12 gpm (45 lpm) flow, minimum pressure tank size is 2 gallons (7.5 L).
Pressure Tank Pre-charge (PSI)
The pressure tank pre-charge setting should be 70% of the system pressure sensor setting as
indicated in the preceeding table.
NOTE: Tank pre-charge should be maintained for optimum pressure regulation.
Pressure tank failure may prevent the pump from shutting off. A run-on condition can heat the water

Installation Procedure Plumbing
1. Disconnect electrical power at the main breaker.
2. Drain the system (if applicable).
3. Mount the Inline System in the desired location using mounting screws. Screw locations are
shown in FIGURE 1. The Inline System may be installed in any orientation.
