7. Product injector
The cleaner is equipped with an injector below to add (chemicals) product to the water (suction).
When the spray activities are finished:
- The injector need to suck clean water for a while to rinse the system sufficiently.
- Put the mixing tap on position 0 to prevent a back flow of product to the water tank. The injector works suffi-
ciently when the suction hose has been dropped sufficiently under the fluid level in the tank.
Before taking the unit into progress : check if the used product is suitable to use with the materials of the
cleaner. At any doubt; contact the vendor of the product or recognized DiBO- branch / technician.
8. Fuel tank
The fuel tank can be filled by loosening the fuel cap. The fuel tank has an air release (on top), a lower suction line
and a return line at the top. The tank is also equipped with a drain plug at the bottom of the tank.
The tank has a capacity of: 30 litres. Pay attention: during the filling procedure of the tank , the maximum fill value
should not be exceeded (see technical data).
Important: at the filler cap a venting (air release) hole must be provided with a diameter of 6 mm.
So check each filler cap on presence of a venting hole.
9. Water tank
The water tank has a volume of 25 litres & is equipped with a float system to disconnect the water supply
through the float valve when the tank is filled. Below the water tank is provided with a run-dry detection.
10. Safety valve
When the water pressure rises above the adjusted safety pressure, the pressure relief valve opens and the water
flows out (pressureless) at the bottom of the cleaner.
11. Water filter (strainer)
The water filter (black) is situated at the bottom of the cleaner and can be cleaned easily (or the filter mesh can be
replaced easily).
Pay attention on possible draining of the water tank at replacing/cleaning of the filter(mesh)!
12. Protective cap
The protective cap of the IBH-S is assembled with venting slots for cooling of the internal parts.
Pay attention on heat danger of the burner exit (chimney)! Don't touch the surface!
13. Pre heating
The pre heating purpose is to preheat the water at a temperature of +- 40°C.
When the cleaner turns into bypass , the pre heating system will be active (when spray gun is closed). Duration
time (* from switching on the cleaner) before the water reaches a temperature of 40 °C: approx. 10 minutes.
* When no spraying activities are started during this period.
