Shutdown
(1)
Make sure all personnel have completely egressed from the work area.
(2)
Shut off air cylinder.
(3)
Remove air pressure from the manifolds by pulling the ring on the relief valve on the low pressure
manifold.
(4)
Disconnect breathing airline hoses.
(5)
Install dust caps if applicable and close cover.
(6)
Install full cylinders, if applicable.
(7)
Check the function of the regulator, by opening and closing the adjusting knob fully.

Inspection and Maintenance
Always depressurize the system before performing service.
Before Each Use
(1)
After applicable re-assembly, perform all system tests specified in the Installation section.
Monthly
(1)
Check regulators, gauges, and valves for external leakage. Repair if necessary.
(2)
Inspect cylinders for full gauge reading and valve operation. Run operation tests on the unit.
See Installation section.
(3)
Check cylinder pigtail whips for cleanliness, flexibility, wear, leakage, blisters on the hose, thread
damage, and damaged o-ring. Replace any damaged items immediately.
Annually
(1)
Check relief valve's pressure setting.
Every Four Years
(1)
Replace all flexible pigtail whips.

On delivery of this product, all leaks are covered under the warranty, that are related to poor work-
manship, or defects in parts, ie. regulator, gauge, and filter assembly. Air leaks due to damage in
shipment will be covered under shipping claims. Minor air leaks, after the unit is put into service,
are the responsibility of the customer and part of routine maintenance.
