Trike suspendu
Démontage des roues
1.
Desserrez légèrement les trois vis Torx M5 (1) jusqu'à ce que
vous puissiez retirer le carter.
2.
Dévissez les deux vis M6 (2) de l'étrier de frein et démontez
l'étrier.
3.
Bloquez la vis à excentrique (3) à l'aide d'une douille de 13
mm et tournez la vis M8 (4) à l'aide d'une clé Allen de 6 mm
dans le sens antihoraire.
4.
Ôtez la chaîne du pignon avant.
5.
Déposez la roue.
6.
Répétez les étapes 1 à 5 de l'autre côté.
Montage des roues
1.
Positionnez la roue sur le bras oscillant et positionnez la
chaîne sur les deux pignons.
2.
Insérez la vis à excentrique (3) à travers le bras oscillant et
le moyeu.
3.
Vissez la roue avec la vis M8 serrée au contact à l'aide d'une
clé Allen de 6 mm.
4.
Tendez la chaîne en tournant la vis à excentrique dans le
sens inverse de la marche.
5.
Maintenez la vis à excentrique à l'aide d'une douille 13 mm
et vissez la vis M8à un couple de 23 Nm dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre.
6.
Mettez en place le carter par en haut et par en bas derrière
la protection et serrez les trois vis Torx M5 (1) à 6 Nm.
7.
Orientez les étriers de freins et serrez à fond les vis hexa-
caves M6 (2) à 9 Nm. Employez du frein filet de résistance
moyenne.
8.
Répétez les étapes 1 à 7 de l'autre côté.
Attention !
Les vis M 8 de fixation du moyeu doivent être impérati-
vement serrées à un couple de 23 Nm. À un couple inféri-
eur, la liaison vissée peut se desserrer et la transmission
peut se décrocher. Employez du frein filet de résistance
moyenne.

Removing the wheels
1.
Loosen the three M5 Torx bolts (1) just enough to remove
the chain guard.
2.
Unscrew the two M6 bolts (2) of the brake caliper, and re-
move the caliper.
3.
Then, while bracing the eccentric bolt (3) with a 13mm sock-
et wrench, remove the M8 bolt (4) by turning it counterclock-
wise with a 6mm Allen key.
4.
Remove the chain from the front spocket.
5.
Remove the wheel.
6.
Repeat steps 1 through 5 on the other side.
Installing the wheels
1.
Hold the wheel against the swing arm, and pull the chain

around both sprockets.

Then insert the eccentric bolt (3) through the swing arm and
the hub.
3.
Attach the wheel using the M8 bolt (4) and a 6mm Allen key,
tightening lightly.

Tension the chain by turning the eccentric bolt towards the
rear of the trike.
5.
Then, while bracing the eccentric bolt with a 13mm socket
wrench, tighten the M8 bolt by turning it clockwise with a
torque 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs).
6.
Join the upper and lower halves of the chain guard behind
the key-shaped cover plate, and tighten the three M5 Torx
bolts (1) with a torque of 6 Nm (4.4 ft-lbs).
7.
Hold the brake caliper in the correct position, and attach
it using the two M6 Allen bolts (2) with medium-strength
threadlocker. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 9 Nm (6.6
ft-lbs).
8.
Repeat steps 1 through 7 on the other side.
Caution!
It is absolutely essential that the M8 bolts for securing the
hub be tightened with a torque of 23 Nm (17 ft-lbs). If the
bolts are tightened with insufficient torque, they could
come loose, and the drivetrain system could fail. Use medi-
um-strength threadlocker.
