5. CLEANING

Note
• Disconnect the unit from the mains before cleaning it�

• Do not use petrol or other chemical cleaning agents for cleaning�
• Do not clean the unit wet�
• If the dehumidifi er is defective, please contact the dealer or a specialist company�
Air fi lters
• The air fi lter should be cleaned every two weeks or when it is dirty�
• Disassemble: Remove the fi lter cover and remove the fi lter�
• Cleaning: First vacuum the fi lter with a vacuum cleaner and then rub it with a mild
detergent and lukewarm water (40° C)� Then allow to dry in the air�
• Assemble: Replace the fi lter in the air inlet and engage�
Cleaning the device from the outside
Clean the unit with a mild detergent and a damp cloth� Then wipe with a dry cloth�
