• The device must be used in compliance with the local regulations for the installation of electrical
appliances.
• In the event of a defect or for maintenance purposes, please contact an appropriately authorized
customer service.
• Do not pull on the power cord, do not modify or bend the cord, and do not immerse it in water.
Pulling on the cord or similar may cause damage to the unit and possibly electric shock.
• The ventilation openings must always be unobstructed.
• Do not start the unit by plugging in the power cord or interrupt operation by unplugging the cord.
Caution: Risk of electric shock or fire due to heat generation!
• In case of unusual noises, odor or smoke development, switch off the unit immediately and dis-
connect it from the mains.
• Please do not store the dehumidifier in a damp place; it should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated
place.
• After each use, turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it to turn off the device completely.
• In case of questionable conditions of use, it is recommended to contact the technical department
of Sonnenkönig or a specialized dealer. The use of an electric heater under inadmissible conditions
will void the warranty claims!

03 - PURPOSE

This dehumidifier can be used in a closet, bookcase, storage container, toilet area, kitchen or
other areas of similar size, with an area of about 11 m² / 25 m³, where it reduces the moisture
content of the air. The device is intended for domestic use only.
The ideal environment for the use of this device:
1) Temperature: > 15° C
2) Humidity: > 45 %.

04 - CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning and maintenance, please unplug the unit from the power outlet. Clean the
housing of the device with a soft, damp cloth; do not use abrasives or solvents, as they will
damage the device.
