• Place the oil filtration knob to the "UNLOCK" position, then push the
empty drawer into the unit. Turn the knob to the "LOCK" position to
secure the drawer in place.
• Place the bowl back in the housing and push it downwards.
• Replace the control panel and the accessories. To replace the
control panel, slide the control panel downward into the location
grooves on the back of the housing.
Attach the handle(s) to the basket(s), then lower the basket(s) into

the bowl.
• Attach the power cord to the back of the appliance.
ATTACHING THE HANDLES
Make sure the handle is securely attached to the frying basket. Follow
the below instructions to make sure the handle is properly attached.
1. Place the pegs into the two holes in the basket bracket. (The
pegs are the ends of the two baskets handlebars)
2. Rotate the handle towards the basket rim, allowing the
handlebars to lock into place on the outer sides of the basket's
bracket.
3. The handle is now in the locked position.
