USING YOUR APPLIANCE

• Remove the frying baskets from the unit and place them on the
side.
• Check that the oil container is completely inserted into the unit and
that the oil filtration control knob is placed on the "LOCK" position.
• Fill the bowl with oil making sure that the level is between the "MIN"
and "MAX" marks indicated inside the bowl.
WARNING: DO NOT OVER OR UNDER FILL. Ensure the oil level
always remains between the MIN and MAX marking.
• For best results, we recommend vegetable oil.
Danger of burns!
Never refill the oil reservoir during use or while hot. Always allow
‒
the appliance to cool down completely. Do not mix new oil with
old oil.
