HOW TO CHANGE THE DIES
Turn the crank handle counterclockwise by
a few turns. Lift the arc and the top cover as
shown in the image (Fig. 7). Unscrew the lo-
cking ring nut with the wrench supplied (Fig. 8).
Choose the desired die and place it over the
opening, centring it with the worm screw, lining
up the four fins of the die with the respective
slots of the housing tank (Fig. 9).
Tighten the ring nut, holding the die in its
position (Fig. 10). Put the cover back onto the
machine and insert the dough, in small pieces:
different types of pasta are ready! (Fig. 11)
CLEANING THE MACHINE AFTER USE
Turn the crank handle counterclockwise by
a few turns. Lift the arc and the top cover as
shown in Figure 7. Loosen the locking ring nut
with the wrench. Lift the locking fork and the
die-holder (Fig. 12).
Turn the extrusion tank counterclockwise and
remove it from its housing (Fig. 13).
Disassemble all the parts of the machine that
you have used and let them dry for a few hours
(Fig. 14).
Remove dry pasta residues using a brush and a
wooden stick (Fig. 15).
Never wash the machine in the dishwasher!
Reassemble the machine and always put it
away in its box.

or lack of experience and knowledge if they
are supervised or have been instructed about
the safe use of the appliance and if they have
understood the dangers involved.
Do not allow children to use the appliance as

Exhausted or end of life-cycle components
must not be disposed of with home waste.

ces that have reached the end of their service
life must be sent to recycling centres. In this
way, it is possible to protect the environment
by recycling materials from old appliances. For

or those working in recycling centres.
Packaging materials must be sent to suitable
recycling centres.
