2. Turn the release valve assembly (#P30) knob clockwise to
firmly close it.
3. Connect the quick coupler-male (#P45) into the air supply.
Turn on the air valve (#P44) to let the pump work until
serrated saddle (#R15) nears workpiece, then turn off the
air valve.
3.1 When an air source is unavailable, pump the handle
(#P51) until the serrated saddle nears the workpiece.
4. Realign the workpiece and ram to ensure center-loading.
5. Turn on the air valve (or pump the handle) to continue
extending the ram and apply the load onto the workpiece.
6. When the task is done, turn off the air valve (or stop pumping
the handle). Turn the release valve counterclockwise in small
increments to slowly and carefully retract the ram and remove
the load from the workpiece.
7.
Once the ram is fully retracted, remove the workpiece from
the bed frame.
8. Disconnect the quick connect coupler from the air source.
9. Purge any residual air in the system then close the release
valve.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is
efficient, easier to control and will have fewer problems.
2.
Inspect the tool fittings, alignment, hoses and power supply
cord periodically. Have damaged or worn components
repaired or replaced by an authorized technician. Only use
identical replacement parts when servicing.
3.
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
4. Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
5.
Keep the tool handles clean, dry and free from oil/grease at
all times.
