WARNING:
Danger of electric shock! Never fill an appli-
ance with water when it is connected to the
mains. Never submerge the appliance in
water to fill it. To refill it, only use the pro-
vided refilling container.
WARNING:
Hazard to your health! Use no additives
such as cleansers, alcohol, perfumes or
other chemicals in the water. These make
the use of the appliance unsafe.
1. Make sure that the power cord has been
disconnected from the plug socket.
2. Twist the water tank cap counter-clock-
wise and take it completely off the water
tank (Fig. 12).
3. Fill the included refilling container with
cold, clear tap water to the "MAX" mark.
4. Place the device on its side or hold it diag-
onally so that you con comfortably intro-
duce the full refilling container in the tank
opening (Fig. 13) without spilling water.
5. Empty the refilling container into the water
tank (Fig. 13).
NOTE:
Do not overfill the tank. Be aware of any
residual water in the tank. If the tank is
empty you require approx. 2 fillings with the
provided refilling container to fill the tank.
6. Check how much water is already in the
tank via the viewing-window and the at-
tached "MAX" mark.
7. If necessary fill the refilling container again
and now fill the water tank slowly to the
"MAX" mark.
8. Refit the water tank filler cap and fasten it
by firmly turning it clockwise (Fig. 14).
