CLEANING THE PLATE
Important
When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1-Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
2 - Use a scraper tool to remove cooking residues
from the plate.
3 - Spread a suitable degreaser on the pla te and
leave it to act for a few minutes.
4 - Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge, rinse
with plenty of water and dry.

Rinse the cooking plate thoroughly to re-
move all residues of the degreasing deter-
gent, and prevent stains and marks from

To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1-Remove the burner cap (A) and the burner (B).
2 - Clean the burner and the flame cap thoroughly
and check that the holes in it are not blocked.
3 - Clean the ignition slot in the burner regularly.
4 - Clean the hob.
Important
The radiant plate comes into contact with
foods; after use, it must be cleaned with a
suitable grease-remover product. If possi-
ble, wash in the dishwasher.
5 - After use, clean the accessories with a suitable
grease-remover product. If possible, wash in

6 - Dry the surfaces and reassemble the compo-
nents.
Caution - warning
Never pour water or allow dirt to fall into the
burner as this will cause the burner to malfunc-
tion or block the nozzle.
